Sarah Palamar

Owner / Creative Director
Sarah Christine Palamar, from Tehachapi, California has an extensive experience in dance. Her training involves many styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Gymnastics, and Ballroom. She has also trained in competitive, sideline, and professional Cheerleading. Growing up as a competitive dancer since the age of 7 she holds a number of regional and national titles and trained with well-known dancers, choreographers, and directors such as Michael Pena, Dak Eubanks, Kelly Wade, and Brandy Stiles. At the age of 12 she received the World Champion Title of Junior Miss Starpower at National Talent competition in Orlando, Florida. She traveled with Starpowers Power Pak Tour (2000-2002) having the opportunity to dance on stage with MC Hammer and his dancers. Sarah was chosen to perform her award winning solo at the Disney World stage (2001) with the tour and won the “Most Technical Dancer” of the group. Sarah traveled to Spain, New York City, and Maine with the Dance USA team to represent the USA for the Dance World Cup (2008). Sarah has been teaching dance since the year 2006 beginning in Southern California before she decided to make a change in 2008 to teach in Lake Tahoe and All About Dance. Being a choreographer and teacher in Lake Tahoe for a competition team she won Choreography Awards, Standing Ovation Award, and Judges Awards for her strong Lyrical style dances. Sarah continues that success with All About Dance as the team has won regional and national awards. Sarah is the Owner, Creative Director, Teacher, and Choreographer of All About Dance since the summer of 2014.

Antoine is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is a former Cirque performer. He performed for SeaWorld in Cirque de la mer as an acrobat. He was a stunt double for the Blue Power Ranger. Antoine performed in Las Vegas, NV in THREE Cirque du Soleil shows: La Nouba, Mystere, and Alegria. In La Nouba he was an acrobat, flyer, character, tumbler, and trampolinist. In Mystere he was an acrobat, flyer, character, tumbler, stilts, bungee, and trampolinist. For Alegria he was an acrobat, flyer, character, and tumbler. He worked with Aerial Experience Productions as an acrobat and character. Antoine has been coaching power tumbling and gymnastics for over 20 years.
Christine Jeanblanc

Ballet / Pointe
Christine Jeanblanc hails from Belfort, France, where she started her classical ballet training at age 9 for 12 years, after which she earned a B.A. in Ballet and Jazz dance from the Sorbonne University in Paris. After majoring in foreign languages in France, Germany and Boston, U.S.A., Christine resumed her dancing career around the world starting on cruiseships with Jean Ann Ryan Productions and Crystal Cruises. She pursued her career in Nevada, Thailand, Japan, with renown Las Vegas based choreographers Michael Darrin, Jaymie Marshall (Lido de Paris), Mistinguett (Greg Thompson Productions in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Japan, Thailand), Stabile Productions, Gail Siegler, Nanette Berberra. She is honored to be given the opportunity to teach at All About Dance to share her knowledge and passion for dance.
Alana began dancing at an early age in her hometown of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She has trained in many styles including ballet, pointe, pas de deux, jazz, tap, musical theater, and contemporary and was a company member at Fredericksburg Ballet Centre. She danced featured roles in The Nutcracker, Coppelia, and The Sleeping Beauty ballets. She began singing and acting at age 8 and was cast in musicals with the theater department at Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg Children’s Musical Theater, and Fredericksburg Theater Company. She was accepted to James Madison University as a vocal music major where she had featured roles in the music theater department productions and toured with the show choir. Her professional career began as a singer and dancer for Paramount Kings Productions theme parks and has performed for Cunard, Crown, and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. She has toured in Japan and performed for our military troops stationed in Europe and the Middle East in USO shows. She worked in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and Reno as a dancer, singer, actress, and dance captain in large scale production shows and musicals including SUGAR BABIES starring Mickey Rooney and Juliet Prowse and THAT’S ENTERTAINMENT! LIVE! produced by Debbie Reynolds. She had the great pleasure of performing in the Broadway national tour of SHOW BOAT starring Tom Bosley. Alana feels extremely blessed to have worked with so many talented performers, musicians, stage crews, producers, directors and choreographers including Emmy award winner, Michael Darrin and Tony award winner, Susan Stroman. Alana relocated to Gardnerville, NV with her husband, John, in 2001 where they are raising their daughter, Harley, who dances on the AAD competition team. Alana works for the Douglas County School District as a substitute teacher and is thrilled to be with the All About Dance teaching staff.

Serena Cash

Adult Instructor / Tiny & Mini Instructor / Hip-Hop Coach
Serena Cash grew up dancing in the Carson Valley area participating in local and national competitions. She grew her love of dance through studying Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theater and Lyrical styles of dance. As a young adult Serena got into the University of Nevada Las Vegas Department of Dance where she studied Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Dance history and elements of Stage Design. And filled her free time
dancing for a modern dance company. This allowed her to travel performing for art and dance festivals. Prior to graduation she led the Universities Department of Arts as a stage manager to Adelaide, Australia
to perform for the International Fringe Festival. While studying in Las Vegas Serena met her husband and through his time in the Army she was able to teach in New York and Texas focusing on competition team and technique. Serena and her family returned to Las Vegas to raise their two children while she focused on teaching dance and growing her certifications in fitness. Serena is excited to relocate back to the Carson Valley with her children where she can share her love of dance and fitness with her home town. She truly believes that dance is for everybody and every body can dance.

Sean Palamar

Production Manager
From a young age Sean was in numerous musicals at school and church. Sean has 20+ years experience working in production as a sound engineer, lighting tech, and audio/visual. He is also a musician playing drums, guitar, bass, and keys. Sean has worked as a sound board operator for the Reno Aces and managed production for Impact Women. He continues to use his talents in production and music at his local church. Sean leads our team of Prop Dads and coordinates all things with lights, sound, and staging for all our shows.

Nadine Roach
Shannon has been involved in performing arts from a very young age. As a child she performed in various musicals and plays and began dancing in 6th grade. She enjoys all styles of dance but especially enjoys tap and jazz. Shannon started dancing at All About Dance in 2018 and joined the staff in 2020. Shannon brings several years of clerical and administration experience. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and four little boys.
