TUMBLING: Ages 7-18

Basic floor gymnastics.  From somersaults to no-handed tucks.  Works great for balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength.  This floor gymnastics class works on gaining strength and technique in their tumbling skills.

Tumbling I: No experience needed. Basic floor gymnastics.

Tumbling II: Must be capable of front and back-walkover. Must be evaluated for skill level by teacher.

Tumbling III: Must have Ariel and Backhand-spring. All must be evaluated for skill level by teacher.

CHEER: Ages 7-18

Cheer Stunts, Jumps, Tumbling, and more. 

CLASS ATTIRE: Fitted athletic wear with hair back and out of the face.  No shoes for tumbling.  White, flat sole tennis shoes for cheer. (example, Keds) No street shoes.
